Getting the right advice at the police station can make a massive difference to what happens afterwards. It can affect whether you are charged or not, whether you have a trial or not and ultimately whether you go to prison or not.
The rules for dealing with under 18's in the courts are very different to those for adults. We have a specialist team of solicitors with years of experience of dealing with youths in either the youth court or the Crown Court, whatever the offence alleged.

A football banning order can be made against anybody convicted of a football -related offence. They ban people from attending Premier league or football league games for a specified period of time, between three and 10 years. They can even sometimes be made even if you have not been convicted of any criminal offence.
Football banning orders always have a specified length, between three years and 10 years. However you can apply for them to be lifted early. Once two thirds of the ban has been served you can make an application to the court to have it lifted. For example, if your ban was for three years you can apply after two years, and if you're ban was for six years you could apply after four years.
